Assemblage
The Zinfandel gives it the spicy, peppery qualities; the Petite Sirah adds good tannins and mouthfeel along with blackberry notes; the Grenache pitches in with a silky texture and flavors of dried cherry while the Syrah brings up the rear with chocolate and raspberry. It is outstanding with roast turkey or grilled salmon while also being perfectly capable of standing up to beef.

Cabernet Sauvignon Nolan
The fruit for this wine comes from the Wilson’s Warm Springs vineyard high above the dam at the western edge of the valley. Fruit forward raspberry and red cherry flavors meld with rich dark forest floor and sweet oak to fashion an expressive cabernet offering.

Chardonnay Nickel Reserve
A stainless steel Chardonnay, our objective is bright, crisp, food friendly and varietally specific Chardonnay. Named for our current winemaker, Fred the Nickel, the Reserve means it’s the best Chardonnay we produced in 2010!
Aromas of apple and honey, with subtle fruit flavors woven into the mouth. A good food wine, pair with lighter grilled meats and spices.

Elle
Elle is hoping we wait to enjoy her after a sumptuous meal. Silky, succulent black cherry and currants coated with blackberry spice and drenched in a lavish liquid licorice. That's our Elle. She is sweet and luscious. One might even say lyrical.
