Burnee Hill Meritage
Our Burnee Hill blend consists of 60% Cabernet and 40% Merlot from the Wilson vineyards located in the Dry Creek Valley. Merlot offers the silk glove of softening tannins and mellow fruit to tame Cabernet’s boisterous tenacity. The harmony of ripe fruit, sensuous oak and finely tuned tannin structure make this historical mix eminently enjoyable.
Cabernet Sauvignon Nolan Vineyard
The fruit for this wine comes from the Wilson’s Warm Springs vineyard high above the dam at the western edge of the valley. Fruit forward raspberry and red cherry flavors meld with rich dark forest floor and sweet oak to fashion an expressive cabernet offering.
Cabernet Sauvignon Preston Vineyard
Coming to us from the Alexander Valley at the far northern edge, this lusciously textured beauty has black cherry, licorice and currant flavors cloaked in caramel, clove and cocoa that are characteristic of the vineyard. Expressive fruit front and lengthy luxurious finish combine to produce seamless cabernet elegance from our sister Sonoma county vineyards. Silver medal winner 2011 Harvest Fair.

A luscious fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon with intensity and depth. Blackberries, dark red cherries, a hint of pepper and toasted oak with smokey cherries on the nose. A beautiful lingering finish. The perfect balance on tannins, acid and fruit.

Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel
This one comes to us from the Wilson’s highly regarded Smith Orchard vineyard perched high on the western edge of the Dry Creek Valley. A beautiful combination of of bright blackberry, ripe cherry and brambly fruit flavors is supported with a foundation of integrated tannin and highlighted by cedar cigarbox aromatics. Elle
Elle is hoping we wait to enjoy her after a sumptuous meal. Silky, succulent black cherry and currants coated with blackberry spice and drenched in a lavish liquid licorice. That's our Elle. She is sweet and luscious. One might even say lyrical.
Estate Viognier
Our Viognier vineyard borders the Russian River just east of the Farmhouse. Viognier is a very distinctively aromatic Rhone white, of which only 498 tons were crushed in Mendocino County in 2010. A finicky grower, it sometimes gifts us with 5 tons to the acre. Some years it doesn’t feel quite so generous and produces only about one ton per acre. We were only able to bottle 91 cases of this vintage. A lively nose with juicy, fruity, tropical and lemony aromas bursting through. A delicate flavor of passion fruit and honey finish on a slightly peach spice note. This wine should be paired with delicate fish and fresh vegetables.
